We get it — sometimes plans change! While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to issue a full credit toward a future event of equal value with availability as long as you email us at Support@SingleAndTheCity.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled event.

Is there a minimum food or drink purchase required at events?

This venue requires a minimum of 2 items purchased by each dater. That can be 2 drinks, a food item and drink, whatever you like. Please help support our host venue!

Do I have to be on time for speed dating?

Yes, you need to be on-time and we recommend arriving a few minutes early to check in with your host. If you arrive after the event has started it's at the discretion of the host whether you can participate and we do not offer refunds if you show up late.
